The City of Rolling Hills Estates is a proud member of the California Contract Cities Association. As a "contract city," Rolling Hills Estates continues to limit its costs by contracting with other public and private agencies to provide essential services, including: law enforcement, fire protection, emergency medical aid, building regulation, street lighting and maintenance, public recreation, refuse collection and recycling, and animal control.

$25,000 Reward for Information Regarding Susan Leeds Murder
The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has approved a $25,000 reward for information leading to the apprehension and/or conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Susan Leeds, who was found inside her car in the parking structure of the Promenade on the Peninsula shopping center.
