All requests can be managed through the online Waste Management system. If you have not already done so, create an account with Waste Management and start managing your account.

Create a Waste Management Account: To create a Waste Management Account, click here! You will be required to provide your Customer ID and billing zip code to link your account which can be found in your invoice, on the top right corner. Additionally, by creating an account you will have a chance to enroll in paperless invoicing.

Missed Trash Pick-up: To report a missed trash pick-up, click here.

Bulk Pick-up and Extra Pick-Up: Items included in Bulk Waste Pick-Up includes objects such as appliances, furniture, and mattresses. To request a bulk pick-up or extra pick-up, click here.

Rolling Hills Estates regular residential trash and recycling service day is Wednesday. When the holiday falls on a weekday on or before your regular service day, residential collection will be delayed one day for the remainder of the week. If a holiday falls after your service day or on a Saturday or Sunday, there will be NO delays. In other words, for regular residential trash and recycling service, if a holiday falls on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, your service pick up will be delayed for one day. If the holiday falls on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, there will be no delay in service. Waste Management strives to keep service interruptions to a minimum.
