Come play with your dog! Enjoy the sport of Dog Agility and learn to guide your dog through a course of obstacles. Tricks for Life
Life saving tips for your dog. Are you prepared for emergencies? Is your dog prepared? Yes, your dog needs to be prepared to react appropriately and respond to your commands in an emergency. This mini-seminar will cover many aspects of helping dogs through any type of crisis or emergency situation. Using games and tricks you will learn such things as how to get your dog familiar with a leash, crate and muzzle and how to respond to such things as a smoke alarm. Please note that medical information or first aid will not be discussed.
One day class will be held Saturday, October 12th from 9AM to 12noon at Ernie Howlett Park (near horse stables/maintenance yard) - 25851 Hawthorne Blvd., Rollings Hills Estates 90274.
Cost is $45.00 - please make checks payable to LOTC and send to Vita Allison 4753 Lomina Avenue, Lakewood, CA 90713. Dogs are welcomed, but their attendance is optional.

PINT SIZE SPORTS
A fun introduction to soccer, tee-ball, basketball, hockey and football that prepares children for organized sports league play in a positive environment. Each week brings a new sport and with it, new skills. Our research-based learning curriculum will assist children in the development of gross motor function with skills such as dribbling, kicking and passing, trapping, throwing, and agility. They will also learn how to work within a team, the basic rules of the game and much more. Benefits of sports participation include improved fitness, agility, coordination and strength. All equipment is provided. Classes will be held at Ernie Howlett Park.

Learn the AKC obedience sport of Rally in Ernie Howlett Park. In Rally, handler and dog work through a course of written signs that require precision and teamwork. This 6-week course will introduce you to the signs and teach you the skills needed to successfully compete in this fun AKC event. ERNIE HOWLETT PARK TENNIS LESSONS
Learn the fundamentals of tennis and the strategy of match play with USPTA certified RHE Resident Tennis Pro, Bob Krueger. Bring a tennis racquet and one unopened can of balls to the first class.
